Parasites - What Eating You Inside?

103 12
I know, I know, no one wants to talk about parasites.
And no one really wants to talk about parasites that may be living inside of them.
The thought of organisms and worms feeding off of the food that is supposed to be nourishing us, is well, not very pleasant! But wouldn't you rather be informed about how you can rid your body of these energy thieves, if you do suspect you have them? If so, read on.
So it is estimated that about 50% of the people in the United States have some type of parasite living inside of them.
To make you feel a little better, only 25% of those people get to the point where they show symptoms.
People who are around a lot of animals, gardeners, anyone who travels abroad, and food handlers (especially those who work with raw meat or fish) run the highest risk of picking up unwanted parasites.
Still feeling pretty good about your odds? Well think about this.
You can also pick up parasites through insect bites, walking barefoot, eating foods that contain parasites (which you probably can't see), having contact with someone else that has parasites, whether it be shaking hands or kissing, and even by inhaling microscopic eggs that can fly around in dust.
So by now I am sure you are wondering if you have beaten the odds and escaped their wrath.
But how can you tell? The most sure-fire way is to have your feces analysed by a lab, and they can tell you exactly what may be festering within you.
But you can take a look at some of the signs that your own digestive system may be giving you.
Are your feces really foul-smelling? Do you have changes in bowel habits that seem to come on with no warning, such as going from constipated to having diarrhea? Does your tummy seem to gurgle even when you aren't hungry? Then you may have parasites, whether you like it or not.
Another telltale sign is an itchy anus, and also itchiness around the nose and ears, especially if this seems to come on more at night.
If someone can't seem to stop picking at their nose, they possibly have parasites.
Parasites can also cause you to be overly tired, which makes sense.
They are not only feeding off of your energy sources, but they are burdening your system with their waste products! By now you really need to know how to get rid of them! The best thing available is high strength black walnut oil in a tincture, taken regularly for a few weeks.
It is a good idea to do a round of this once every six months or so, just to be sure to wipe any parasites out before they take hold in your body.
Wormwood is another great herbal remedy for combating parasites.
So don't worry...
Now you are armed with knowledge to take care of those little rascals that may be standing in the way of your best health!
